Hayley Smith is Home Manager at Hazel End Care Home.
We are very proud of the five-star accommodation and care that Hazel End offers.
Our accommodation standards and features are superior in so many ways but, most importantly, I believe we have built a team to deliver a very special and unique standard of person-centred care and support to anyone who chooses to make Hazel End their home of choice.
We also know only too well how difficult and emotional the decisions are for everyone when considering a move to a new home.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have.

Well-being means experiencing an overall feeling of happiness and satisfaction with life. It is achieved by being able to do all the things that please you. At Hazel End Care Home we aim to enhance well-being by discussing and arranging a personal activity plan with every resident that will help them to stay physically active and mentally stimulated. We also encourage every resident to stay connected with their loved ones and their social activities outside the home, as well as to make new friends within it. We have a packed activities calendar that is sure to suit all tastes and abilities. It's important to us that our residents maintain their health as well as their sense of fun. Trips, outings and activities are arranged regularly at Hazel End Care Home. We enjoy keeping our residents busy, so there's always something interesting going on such as theatre trips, shopping excursions and day trips to interesting places. |
