Meet The Manager

Hayley Smith is Home Manager at Hazel End Care Home.

We are very proud of the five-star accommodation and care that Hazel End offers.

Our accommodation standards and features are superior in so many ways but, most importantly, I believe we have built a team to deliver a very special and unique standard of person-centred care and support to anyone who chooses to make Hazel End their home of choice.

We also know only too well how difficult and emotional the decisions are for everyone when considering a move to a new home.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have.

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
