At Hazel End we have a highly trained, caring and compassionate care team led by a dedicated home manager. When staff are on hand to help with everyday tasks, worries about dealing with personal care, reduced mobility, general frailty and isolation are all reduced. We understand that the more we know about you, the better we can care for you. To help our caring and friendly staff with this, we use technology throughout our care homes. Our computerised care planning system allows us to develop a personalised care plan for every resident that includes their hobbies and interests as well as medical needs. In this way, we can help meet the needs of everyone.
