I'm proud to manage Hazel End and to introduce you to my team. Hazel End provides friendly and supportive surroundings to assist our residents continue to live active and fulfilled lives.

At Hazel End, we're proud to offer Day Care, which combines compassionate personal care with enriching daily activities and delicious, freshly prepared meals. The home promotes wellbeing, independence and social connection, while providing loved ones valuable peace of mind.
Our lovely home can support up to 66 older people in spacious bedrooms, each with it's own en suite wet room to support dignity and comfort. We sensitively incorporate the latest care technology and our facilities include a Sky Bar, cinema room, library area and quiet areas. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to create a safe, stylish environment where residents feel truly at home. Our highly trained team delivers 24-hour care with kindness, dignity, and respect.
We support a wide range of needs, including memory care and personal care, through tailored care plans that promote independence and quality of life. Daily activities, wellbeing programmes, and entertainment are all part of our luxury care offering, encouraging connection, purpose, and enjoyment.

All 66 bedrooms have en suite wet rooms, allowing us to deliver person-centred care in a dignified manner, while still promoting independence as far as possible. |

At Hazel End Care Home we aim to enhance well-being by discussing and arranging a personal activity plan with every resident that will help them to stay physically active and mentally stimulated. We also encourage every resident to stay connected with their loved ones and their social activities outside the home, as well as to make new friends within it. We have a packed activities calendar that is sure to suit all tastes and abilities. It's important to us that our residents maintain their health as well as their sense of fun. Trips, outings and activities are arranged regularly at Hazel End Care Home. We enjoy keeping our residents busy, so there's always something interesting going on such as theatre trips, shopping excursions and day trips to interesting places. |
