Meet The Manager

Klara Spatenkova is Care Home Manager at The Manor House Knaresborough.

I qualified as a general nurse in Czech Republic where I grew up and have lived in Harrogate for 17 years. I have been at The Manor House for over 5 years and progressed to my current position internally. I truly believe that our team delivers person-centred care that is in accordance with Anchor Hanover values.

Our home is located in the market town of Knaresborough and has a cosy family feel. We have close community links and are always looking at new ways to engage our neighbours and local groups to enhance our residents experiences.

The Manor House at Knaresborough is a contemporary residential care home set in elegant surroundings. The Manor House offers first class care and facilities with premium en-suite rooms for up to 75 residents, in a light and spacious setting.

At Anchor, we have a long history of caring for older people and we put our residents at the heart of everything we do. The Manor House Knaresborough is the result of this approach, carefully conceived with all our experience and passion, to meet the needs and expectations of the next generation of older people.

Our dedicated service, combined with The Manor House Knaresborough beautifully appointed environment and facilities, allow our residents to live a full, rich and meaningful life in the company of supportive, like-minded people.
