Meet The Manager
Thelma Clutson is Manager at Acacia Lodge.
In 2015, I became the Registered Manager at Acacia Lodge, and it has been a fulfilling journey ever since. I love heading up our dedicated team, where each member goes above and beyond daily to deliver outstanding care to our residents. The camaraderie among the staff is truly inspiring, and we work collaboratively to ensure that every resident feels valued and cared for.
Situated in the picturesque town of Henley-on-Thames, Acacia Lodge provides resident-led residential, nursing and dementia care on a permanent and respite basis, as well as compassionate end of life care.
Residents at the purpose-built Oxfordshire care home can enjoy quality facilities including a Vintage Pub, hair salon, library and luxurious lounges. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and has an en-suite bathroom. Outside there is a beautifully kept garden, ideal for socialising with loved ones.
The experienced and well-trained team at Acacia Lodge create a caring and supportive community for residents. There is always something to look forward to with a schedule of regular activities and outings in the home’s minibus.
