Thelma Clutson is Manager at Acacia Lodge.
Becoming the Registered Manager at Acacia Lodge has been a fulfilling journey. I love heading up our dedicated team, where each member goes above and beyond daily to deliver outstanding care to our residents. The camaraderie among the staff is truly inspiring, and we work collaboratively to ensure that every resident feels valued and cared for.
The best part of my role is witnessing the joy on our residents’ faces as they engage in activities and enjoy their daily lives. It’s heartwarming to see them smile and feel a sense of belonging in our community. Being part of their lives and the Acacia Lodge family is incredibly rewarding.
Every day presents new opportunities to make a difference, whether through a kind word, a shared laugh, or providing support during challenging moments. I take great pride in fostering an environment where residents feel at home and cherished, and I am grateful to be part of a team that truly cares about making a positive impact.
