Tina Munn is Manager at Grafton Lodge.

We are a small 20 bedded Residential, Dementia and Respite Care Home in the Strood area of Rochester, Kent. The home is a large detached Edwardian building situated in a quiet residential street. With pleasant views of the surrounding area, it is near to Strood town centre, the river Medway and Rochester Castle and Cathedral.

Our Building and Facilities

Grafton Lodge has 20 comfortable bedrooms, most with en-suite facilities. There is a spacious lounge and dining room plus a quiet garden room for reading and relaxing with tea and refreshment facilities. This is a favourite room with residents to host meetings with their visitors.

The home has a large patio and beautiful garden where residents can enjoy peaceful relaxation and if the weather permits, gentle exercising. We have a gardening club and hold several events for them, their families and friends there, during the summer months.
