Meet The Manager
Finlee Rowe is Care Home Manager at Lavender Court Care Home.
I originally started my career as an actor in Musical Theatre, but due to family members having Huntington’s Disease, I put this on hold to care for my mum. When mum moved into a nursing home, I wanted to remain local in Cornwall, so I started to work in Health & Social Care with young adults on the autistic spectrum.
I have since gained experience working with Autism, Learning Difficulties, Dementia and Residential/Nursing care. I also spent a few years teaching Health & Social Care to post-16 students, sharing the knowledge and experience I have gained over 20 years in the sector.
But my passion for outstanding care and the need to share my experience eventually brought me out of the classroom and back into a care environment where my heart feels most at home. I am extremely passionate about providing a high standard of care and creating a homely environment for the residents. An ethos that is shared by the whole team at Lavender Court.
We specialise in care and daily living assistance to people in a premier setting. An individualised service that you can trust. We understand that not one care plan fits all, so we provide bespoke services and care. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualised care plan that fits your specific needs.
