Meet The Manager

Catherine Newland is Manager at Broome End.

Catherine first joined Broome End nearly 20 years ago as a carer. Over the past two decades she has managed a number of different settings, including a large nursing home and a specialist dementia day centre. Catherine is determined to deliver the best in class care, which drives us to be innovative in our approach. This focus has helped us achieve Essex Care Home of the Year recently.
