Meet The Manager

/ is Manager at Brockworth House Nursing Home.

Ian, Ashberry's Integration Manager, leads the team at Brockworth House Nursing Home with a warm and compassionate approach, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care and support. With extensive experience in the care sector, Ian is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where residents and their families feel valued and supported every day.

Set in the village of Brockworth, Gloucestershire, Brockworth House Nursing Home is proudly owned by Ashberry Healthcare, a leading boutique care provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care across its family of homes.

Brockworth House provides exceptional nursing, residential, and dementia care for up to 52 residents in a peaceful and community-focused environment. Overlooking Coopers Hill and close to the Witcombe Reservoirs, the home enjoys beautiful natural views and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

Formerly a local social club, the building has been thoughtfully transformed into a modern, purpose-built home that combines comfort, character, and quality care, offering a true home-from-home experience.

The dedicated team provides personalised care and support tailored to each resident’s needs, promoting wellbeing, dignity, and independence. Thoughtful engagement activities and meaningful moments are woven into daily life, ensuring residents feel valued and fulfilled.

Mealtimes hold special importance at Brockworth House, with residents playing an active role in shaping menus that reflect their preferences, traditions, and favourite flavours.

The wellbeing team delivers a varied programme of events, from creative crafts and gardening to singalongs and themed evenings. The gardening club is particularly popular, while regular animal therapy visits, featuring donkeys, reptiles, and more, bring joy and companionship to residents.

At Brockworth House, care is about more than support - it’s about belonging. Whether families are exploring options for short stays or longer-term nursing dementia care, the team at Brockworth House is always on hand to help.
