Claire Laurence-Gray is Home Manager at Broadway Nursing Home.

Claire is the Home Manager at Broadway Nursing Home. Her main interest and experience are in managing successful care homes housing elderly and frail Residents, specifically those of which have medical health issues. Claire is very experienced in care home management and is committed to providing a high–quality service. She is ultimately responsible for the effective and professional running of the care home but will allocate time to discuss any aspect of our Residents’ care or any problems they may be experiencing. Claire is keen to work closely and in partnership with our Residents, their Relatives, and significant others to benefit the Residents in her care. She is a dynamic team leader and has an ongoing interest in professional development and career progression

Broadway Care Home is part of the We Care Group that operates other successful Care & Nursing Homes. The Home is registered and inspected by Care Quality Commission to provide Residential and Dementia care for both males and females as follows: Dementia – 30 places, Accommodation for persons who require nursing and personal care, Treatment of disease, disorder or injury. The maximum number of Service Users allowed at any one time is 30.
