Broadlands is a highly attractive care home, set in a historic manor house which oozes class and good taste. The home benefits from 46 spacious en-suite bedrooms, comfortable lounges, beautiful landscaped gardens, and a stunning location overlooking the Norfolk Broads, which residents can enjoy year-round.



Broadlands is one of the most highly recommended residential care homes in the East of England and is rated Outstanding by the CQC (Care Quality Commission)."

Broadlands is a multi-award-winning home that received an ‘Outstanding’ rating from the Care Quality Commission. The care home also received the “Gold Standard Framework” and the Eden Alternative accreditation.

Broadlands is a 50-bed home with a range of room styles and types suitable for most potential residents. 

Although each room is fully furnished to a high standard, residents are encouraged to bring in personal items such as pictures, ornaments and small items of furniture. The rooms are also equipped with a call bell system and a TV point.
