Paula was introduced to the world of care 14 years ago when she began her career as a Care Assistant. She joined Ideal Carehomes as Night Care Manager at Greenacres in Meltham, and then progressed to Home Manager. Paula moved to Newfield Lodge in Castleford in 2016 where she has led the staff team to create a truly great place to live for their residents.
Paula moved to commission Windsor Court in Wetherby in 2018 and launched the home in early 2019. She recruited and trained her brand new caring staff team and has ensured that her first residents have settled in at their new home and are enjoying all the activities and events that are on offer.
At Windsor Court, we offer 24 hour residential and dementia care in surroundings which create a great place to live. We pride ourselves in making a real difference to the lives of our residents, going beyond just meeting their expectations through to the aspirational choices we provide in our person-centred care. Our well-appointed care home has all the finishing touches you would expect from a luxurious home and has been designed with residents in mind.
Residents will enjoy all the luxury facilities on offer, including a welcoming reception area, en-suite bedrooms, a cinema room, café area, landscaped gardens and a hair salon.

From Monday 7th February, the home are pleased to return to a more relaxed visitor structure in all of their homes as there will be no limit on the number of visitors that residents are able to welcome. |

Whether you want to spend the day relaxing with friends and family, reminiscing, taking part in one of our varied activities or joining a trip to a local place of interest, there is always plenty going on to ensure you enjoy your day at Windsor Court. Windsor Court's Activities Co-ordinators will make sure there is a variety of entertainment and pursuits for our residents to take part in. We will have regular large parties and events, whether for Valentine's Day, Christmas or a garden party. |
