Kimberley brings over 20 years of experience in the care industry across both community and residential settings. She has worked closely with Lincolnshire County Council for many years before transitioning into the private sector.
Kimberly approach is centred on person-centred care, ensuring each individual’s changing needs are met with compassion and flexibility. She is committed to giving everyone a voice that is truly listened to and acted upon, fostering a safe, well-cared-for, and inclusive environment. Her dedication ensures residents feel valued, secure, and engaged with their placements and their families.
