Kimberly approach is centred on person-centred care, ensuring each individual’s changing needs are met with compassion and flexibility. She is committed to giving everyone a voice that is truly listened to and acted upon, fostering a safe, well-cared-for, and inclusive environment. Residents’ bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and well equipped with TV aerial points and a call system. Private telephones are available upon request and residents are encouraged to bring small items of furniture to personalise their room.

A number of the rooms enjoy stunning views over the delightful gardens, which are fully wheelchair accessible and feature raised flowerbeds and a furnished patio area, where residents can relax amongst the picturesque surroundings.
