Meet The Manager

Jade Hackett is Home Manager at Bramley Court Care Home.

Jade brings warmth, dedication and extensive expertise to her role as Home Manager. Originally part of our Bramley family until 2014, she returned in 2021 after completing her degree in mental health nursing and gaining valuable experience as a nurse in the NHS. Jade has since progressed from Senior Nurse to Interim Clinical Lead before becoming Deputy Manager.

With 14 years’ experience, Jade is a registered mental health nurse and our certified Dementia Interpreter Trainer, offering a wealth of clinical knowledge and specialist dementia insight. She has completed specialist management training and is dedicated to supporting and developing our team to deliver exceptional care.

In June 2023, we maintained our ‘Outstanding’ rating with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), a testament to our home’s consistent rating of excellence. We are thrilled to be a part of the UK’s Top 20 Mid-sized Care Group 2026, and winners in The Top 20 Care Homes for the East of England as rated by carehome.co.uk. We are also delighted to be winners of The Living Well With Dementia - Co-production and Partnership Award at the 2026 Dementia Care Awards.

The tranquil sensory gardens are home to the unique outdoor ‘Bramley Village’. This dementia-friendly environment includes a gym, café, shop and mini golf course, all designed to bring purpose and a sense of familiarity.

Our lively community sees residents enjoy bespoke lifestyle choices, including holistic Namaste Care, art tutorials, and live music performances. These are complemented by regular minibus trips to local places of interest, an innovative make-a-wish initiative, and community partnerships such as the renowned Fitzwilliam Museum.

In partnership with our residents and those closest to them, our dedicated lifestyle team, working across all of our home’s communities, develops a varied programme of meaningful activities, events, and celebrations that are personalised to individuals’ likes, dislikes, abilities, care needs, aspirations, and dreams for the future.

The whole team at Bramley Court Care Home supports residents in rekindling interests and hobbies while also gently encouraging them to try new things they might enjoy, either as part of a group of friends, on a 1-2-1 basis, or in their own room, if they prefer.
