Meet The Manager

Sally-Ann Radwell is Manager at Bosworth Care Home.

Sally-Ann has worked at Bosworth for over 22 years, helping the team to grow and to develop the services we offer our clients.

At Bosworth we recognise the enormity of the decision to move into a Care Home, and the unsettling anxiety that big changes like this can bring. We’ll be there to help guide you through the process, providing all the information and support to you, your friends and family to help you decide whether Bosworth is right for you.

We offer care and accommodation for elderly clients who may be struggling at home without support, who may have developed care needs that their family can no longer cover or who may simply be tired of living alone and would prefer to live with the company and reassurance of others.

All prospective clients will receive a visit from a senior member of the team at Bosworth to discuss any concerns, queries and questions you may have. You can use this opportunity to find out more about us, our team and to help you decide whether you’d like to join us. If you decide you’d like to move in with us, we’ll put together a Person-Centred Care Plan just for you, to ensure life at Bosworth runs the way you’d like and any care needs are fully met.

Autumna has invited care providers to evidence the infection control measures they are carrying out, above and beyond those laid out by the government, in order to keep residents, staff and visitors safe.

What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe

All our staff go on an intensive three-day Agincare training course before starting work at an Agincare care home. Furthermore, all our care staff have nationally recognised qualifications and are enhanced DBS checked.

Our staff respect all our residents: their dignity, privacy and space, as well as their right to make personal choices. Our staff offer a range of activities and menu options suited to the individual so their care is personalised, ensuring everyone is happy, stimulated and well cared-for. This care extends to visitors and family members too, who are welcome to visit anytime, where tea and coffee are always available!

Infection Control Initiatives in place
safe-tick Infection Control Training Our staff are trained to use measures which prevent and control infections.
safe-tick Virus Testing We are testing for viral infection when symptoms present within our care setting.
Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
