Julie Hamill is Manager at The Weir Nursing Home.
With over 25 years of experience as a qualified general nurse, my career began as a district nurse, followed by advanced practice roles. I have worked in GP surgeries and urgent care centres before transitioning into care home management. My passion lies in providing quality care for older adults. I find great fulfilment in stepping away from the desk and working directly alongside my dedicated team. Since joining Ashberry in August 2023, I have felt immensely proud to be part of this exceptional team. I am excited about the future and look forward to leading The Weir towards continued excellence in care.
