Activities Are So Important

The health, well-being and happiness of our ‘family’ of residents, is always our number one priority. We provide care which ensures that residents feel as if they are in their own home. Familiar faces and familiar routine are key to this.

Offering both dementia residential and nursing care enables us to care for residents however their health and wellbeing might change.

All of our residents enjoy their own care plan, tailored specifically for them. This allows us to build their care around their health, preferences, lifestyles and routines. Everything we do is driven by this genuinely caring person centred approach, working together with friends and family to ensure the care experience is as expected and most importantly, helping residents stay healthy and safe.

Person centred care begins when a resident comes to us and we speak to them about their memories, background and their families. The information we gather is recorded within digital care plans. This ensure that our staff can spend more time with residents and less time completing paperwork.

Care can be provided on a one to one basis for those who require that extra personal support. The team members who deliver such care become to understand that residents needs and wishes very well.
