Katie Gibson is Home Manager at Westwood.
Hi, my name is Katie Gibson. I originally joined Runwood Homes in 2022 as a Care Team Leader for a short time before rejoining in 2024. After returning, I quickly progressed from Care Team Leader to Deputy Manager and have recently been appointed Home Manager at Westwood. I have worked in the care sector since I was 16 years old, and caring for others has always been a true passion of mine. I am dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment where residents feel valued, respected, and safe, while working closely with our team to make a positive difference to the lives of residents and their families every day.
