Meet The Manager

Paula Melut is the Registered Manager at Belle Vue Care Home.

My name is Paula,

I’m 31 years old. I’m married and I have a lovely 7 years old daughter.

I am a Pharmacy Assistant qualified in 2010 and in 2012 I qualified as a Registered Nurse.

In 2014 I decided to move to UK and I started my career as a Registered Nurse.

In 2018 I started to work as a Deputy Manger at Belle Vue Care Home and I was promoted to Home Manger at beginning of this year. I don’t have to many hobbies but I enjoy to spent my time off with my family.

I work alongside a great team, dedicated, well trained, experienced, skilled and competent to provide an excellent standard of care which makes me proud to part of the Belle Vue Team.

Paula Melut

There are not many care homes which can boast extensive sea views! Belle Vue Care Home is set in a perfect position to ensure that residents never forget that they are close to the sea and the line of beach huts along the beach. The traditional seaside town of Paignton is reflected in the decoration of the home.

This ever-popular home is able to care to 52 residents who need either 24-hour general nursing care or quality specialist care for those who feel the impact of dementia on their daily lives.

Together the home cooked food and the busy activity programme ensures that residents enjoy the best of days. Special events and meals are planned for residents and families throughout the year, with friends and family welcome to book a table in the dining room for either breakfast, lunch or dinner! Our Head Chef welcomes the opportunity to speak to residents about the menu and their own ‘special’ requests which he is more than happy to accommodate. The dining rooms are located on the ground and first floors and both enjoy those fantastic sea views!
