Meet The Manager

Mark Bradley is Registered Manager at Sesnha Care Ltd.

With over 30 years’ experience in health and social care, I’ve led services spanning home care, hospital discharge, residential support, and national crisis response. My career began in Manchester, later expanding across London and East Anglia through senior roles with the British Red Cross — including regional and operational management.

I joined Sesnha Care to help modernise its systems, strengthen compliance, and develop a culture of wellbeing, learning, and accountability. My background includes crisis leadership during Grenfell Tower and Manchester Arena, and more recently, training in ethical AI and workplace wellbeing to ensure technology enhances care, not replaces it.

I believe the best care starts with strong teams — supported, trusted, and proud of what they do.

Activities Are So Important

As a part of your care arrangement, you will be supported with basic and physical activities of daily living to live as ordinary life as possible, suited to your abilities, at home and in the community.

We now have cleaning plus Cleaning Plus – More Than Just Cleaning
At Cleaning Plus, we believe a clean home is just the beginning. What truly matters is the care, trust, and connection we build with every person we support.
In just three months, we’ve already seen life-changing results.
One of our clients initially refused to accept carers into their home. Like many people, they valued their independence but felt unsure and uncomfortable about outside support.
We started small — simply providing a friendly, reliable cleaning service.
No pressure. Just consistency, respect, and a familiar face.
Over time, something incredible happened.
That same client who once said “no” now:
Welcomes us into their home
Has progressed from cleaning support to having a small carer assist them
And most importantly… looks forward to our daily visits
This is the difference Cleaning Plus makes.
We don’t just clean — we:
Build trust
Support independence
Reduce loneliness
And help people feel safe and comfortable in their own homes
Because sometimes, a clean home is the first step to accepting care, companionship, and a better quality of life.

Friendly Companionship Care – Here When You Need It
Looking for a little extra support for yourself or a loved one? We provide caring, reliable companionship to help make everyday life easier and more enjoyable.
What we offer:
Accompanied visits to GP & hospital appointments
Help using the NHS App and managing appointments
Trips to the shops for groceries or a browse
Coffee shop outings and social visits
Lunch outings – enjoy a meal with friendly company
Whether it’s a helping hand or simply someone to chat with, our companionship care is all about comfort, dignity, and independence.
Local, friendly, and here to help
