Janka Dustan is Care Home Manager at Manor House.
Janka is an experienced and dedicated care professional with over 20 years in adult social care, supporting elderly people in residential settings and in community. She is deeply committed to providing person centred care that respects each individual’s dignity, choices and independence. Janka has extensive experience in dementia care and end-of-life support and takes pride in helping residents feel safe, valued and comfortable at every stage of their journey. She works closely with families and colleagues to ensure a consistent and compassionate approach to care. Known for her calm, reliable nature and strong sense of responsibility, Janka is passionate about helping elderly people live as fully and meaningfully as possible while maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
The laid-back and homely accommodation provides quality care in a leafy, suburban area of town. There is also a large conservatory area for residents to enjoy all year round.
Manor House Residential Home is a detached character property situated in a quiet and tree-lined road in Derriford which is one of the most sought after areas of Plymouth. The building has been sympathetically extended to supplement the spacious and homely communal areas to include two lounges and a dining area. A conservatory is also easily accessible for seating to allow enjoyment of the surrounding enclosed gardens all year around that attract a variety of birds and local wild life. A passenger lift allows easy access between floors.
