Atholl House Medical Nursing Home has two Managers;
• Registered General Nurse Manager
• General Manager

Families may speak to the Managers at any time.
Atholl provides a well-qualified care team who have considerate personalities along with knowledge, experience, and skills.
All care staff at Atholl have obtained an NVQ Level 2 or above in care. Along with this staff receive appropriate training to meet the needs of residents.
Mandatory annual updates ensure there are safe practices, as well as regular supervisions to ensure development/training is ongoing.
Employed staff are DBS checked prior to employment.
Philosophy of Care
Each resident has a Personal Care Plan that not only identifies medical needs, but also includes details such as personal likes and dislikes and how residents prefer to be addressed.
Care plans are based on individual assessments which involve the resident and their family and are formally reviewed and updated regularly.
