Meet The Manager

Colleen Collins is Manager at Ashlea Court Care Home.

Colleen joined Ashlea court back in 2013 as a care assistant and has worked her way up to becoming the home manager in 2018, Colleen worked as a home manager up until 2023 when she decided to take some time away, however Colleen has such a passion for Ashlea court and the care sector took on the role as home manager again in 2024.

You’ll find us in the peaceful market town of Waltham in Lincolnshire, just south of Grimsby.  Located right next to All Saints Church, Ashlea Court is very much in the heart of Waltham with close links to the local community.
