Katherine Mahoney West Hall Manager ![]() Andy JarmanCustomer Relations ManagerEveryone here at West Hall welcomes you to stop by for a visit. We are happy to show you what our unique care home can offer, talk you through the high quality care and support and show you round the first class facilities. ![]() Louise GodwinMaple Lodge ManagerMy career began in care in 2007 when I started working as a care assistant in nursing. In 2013 I began my journey working as a care assistant for Anchor based at West Hall. I thoroughly enjoyed my career to which I progressed to become a Team Leader in 2014. I was Team Leader for 4 years when I began my training to progress to be a Lodge Manager. I was promoted to the Acting Lodge Manager when I was then promoted to the Lodge Manager in 2019. I can’t explain in word how much I have enjoyed being the Lodge Manager for Maple. Maple Lodge residents are brilliant and I just love to see them smile. Their smiles are mainly encouraged by the amazing Maple Team of experienced Team Leaders and the such caring Care Assistants. Maple specialise around dementia care and promote person centred care. What is important to the individual person and what is in their best interest. ![]() Mary NyamwizaBirch Lodge ManagerMy journey in the social care industry started back in 2005 as a care assistant in another Anchor home, Thameside and within two years, I was able to progress into a team leader. This taught me up numerous transferable and managerial skills. In 2011 I became the deputy manager which helped me to learn a lot about the company and myself. In 2014 I moved to West Hall and became Birch Lodge Manager in 2018. The aspect that I am most proud of, is being a pivotal part of a team that works so hard to go above and beyond expectation and provide the highest quality of care for our residents. I am happy with the rapport and bond I have developed with the residents these past few years. I have developed a personal relationship with the residents individually and their family members. I am proud to be a part of an establishment that aims to ensure that the latter days of our residents are as peaceful and as pleasant as possible. ![]() Chola ChilufyaOak Lodge ManagerI have been with Anchor Hanover since 2006 and I believe myself to be an energetic person with high ethical standards, goal-driven orientation, and commitment to excellence. The care and support we provide in Oak Lodge enable our residents to enjoy an extremely social, independent lifestyle all under the watchful eye of the experienced team of Care Assistants, Team Leaders, and the Lodge Manager. Oak Lodge offers an outstanding care, support and development for our own staff, the fact that many of our staff have been with Anchor for many years is testimony to our unerring support for them and to the extent to which they enjoy their work.. To continue to stand out, Oak Lodge has continued meeting and looking for ways to improve the Lodge and facilities offered. This includes improvements with the Lodge-based activities, environment, and to continue to provide outstanding facilities for those living with us. ![]() Jason NelsonServices ManagerJason has a wealth of experience managing services across a range of different sectors and brings his passion for great food to West Hall. After starting his career as a chef for Waverley Inns, Jason became an area manager responsible for 16 public houses. He moved on to Sodexho Catering and worked in military kitchens in both Hampshire and Surrey, at times cooking for up to 950 service personnel. Jason was then offered a position with Harrison Catering at Claremont Fan Court School in Esher, before gaining experience at Hampton Care nursing home. Jason found working in the care home hugely satisfying and firmly believes that high quality catering using fresh local produce can really make a difference to quality of life. ![]() Mark GarrawayMaintenance ManagerAs West Hall’s Maintenance Manager, Mark is focused on providing residents with real peace of mind, working hard to ensure the home is well maintained at all times.
