Meet The Manager
Gez Ossai is General Manager at Wentworth Court Nursing Home.
I’ve been part of Wentworth Court since we first opened our doors in 2015, and I’m incredibly proud to lead a home dedicated entirely to specialist dementia care.
My own journey into care began much earlier, from a deeply personal experience. It shaped the career I chose and gave me a real understanding of just how important compassionate, specialist support can be, not only for someone living with dementia, but for the people who love and care for them too.
As Manager of Wentworth Court, what matters most to me is knowing the person behind the diagnosis – their story, what makes them smile, and the routines and little details that help them feel safe, understood and at home.
I’m fortunate to lead an experienced and compassionate team, many of whom have been with us since our early days. Familiar faces and genuine relationships help create the trust, reassurance and sense of belonging that are so important for people living with dementia.
Wentworth Court is a stylish and comfortable nursing home exclusively for people living with dementia.
Our purpose-built, light and airy home provides long-term and respite breaks for those who require nursing care support.
We specialise in providing a highly-individualised approach, reassuring families and friends that their loved-one will receive the best possible care – and be valued, respected and safe in their new home.
