Meet The Manager

Robin Job is Home Manager at The Triangle.

With over a decade of experience, Robin has built a strong foundation in healthcare. Since moving to the UK in 2012 to begin his career as a nurse, he quickly progressed through various roles, becoming a Clinical Lead in 2015. Robin continued to advance in his career after moving to Andover to join the Brighterkind family and was promoted to Clinical Lead/Unit Manager in 2018. He then accepted the role of Deputy Manager at Hungerford Care Home, and now, he looks forward to bringing his skills and experience to lead the amazing team at Triangle Care Home.

Robin is dedicated to ensuring that residents at Triangle Care Home feel comfortable, cared for, and safe every day. He believes that the key to quality care is empathy, kindness, and a commitment to going the extra mile for each resident. For those considering a career in care, Robin advises being compassionate and ready to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives.

What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe

The Triangle is working within the government guidelines to help protect its staff and clients.

Infection Control Initiatives in place
safe-tick Independent Assessments We have been independently assessed in our approach to infection control.
safe-tick Infection Control Training Our staff are trained to use measures which prevent and control infections.
Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.

The interiors in The Triangle are modern, bright and welcoming throughout. Our single bedrooms are all en-suite and we encourage residents to add personal touches to make them feel even more cosy, such as cherished pictures and mementos.

Our communal areas offer a choice of spacious television lounges, the tranquillity of our quiet lounges or a large and bright conservatory. All are perfect places to relax and welcome friends and relatives.

In the warmer months people also enjoy the patio and comfortable seating in our pleasant landscaped garden with its flower beds that our green-fingered residents help to tend. We’d be delighted to show you around to experience our homely, welcoming atmosphere for yourself so please arrange to pop in for a chat.

Activities Are So Important

Another way we can help our residents to feel at home is for them to do familiar things. So our dedicated Activities Leaders gently encourage residents to carry on doing things they enjoy. If someone had a hobby or pastime they did before they arrived, we’ll encourage them to continue it with us. Or perhaps they may like to learn something new.

The important thing is that we treat every resident as an individual. If they enjoy sharing time with others, either in our home or on an organised trip out, they’re most welcome. Or, if they prefer quiet time alone, we’ll respect that too.
