Meet The Manager
Simon Meredith is General Manager at Beaconsfield Heights.
"I am originally from Lancashire but have lived in Buckinghamshire since I was 18. I have spent my entire career working in adult social care.
Having worked across all of the different care sectors, I believe I have gained a good understanding of the dilemmas faced by those in our care and also an appreciation of how daunting it must be to move from the family home into residential care. The thought that I am in a privileged position to influence and make a positive impact on people’s lives is very motivating and rewarding for me.
Away from work, I am married with two children and a dog. If I am not at Beaconsfield Heights or at home (or out walking the dog), I can be found following the mighty Preston North End around the country."

Our striking three-story building features 95 private studios and apartments, each decorated to an impeccable standard, with ensuite facilities and additional safety features. We warmly welcome couples or companions who wish to continue their care journey together within our care home.

Beaconsfield Heights provides care and support to those living with dementia and other cognitive illnesses. We ensure each resident is treated with dignity and receives the highest level of support through our ReConnect approach, which considers our residents’ experiences and conditions in a person-focused way.
