My name is Emma Bayne and I am proud to be the General Manager at St John’s House. I have worked within the Care Sector for over 20 years and held various roles in a managerial and operational capacity. I am passionate about providing quality innovative care and creating special moments for the St John’s House Community.
I am honoured to work with the award winning team at St John’s House who embrace the Castlemeadow Care Values ‘We Can’ within the hotel style environment which has care support to match.
St John’s House has been designed and built from passion and belief in creating a place where people can feel at home, receive exceptional elderly care and experience a great quality of life. It is set on the former site of the St John’s Primary School in the centre of the city of Norwich and is a stone’s throw away from the sought after area called the Golden Triangle.
Attention to detail and providing an exceptional care service is at the core of St John’s House. The home has 60 generous sized en suite premium rooms that offer stunning views over the home’s landscaped gardens.

The luxury of St John’s House extends to resident’s private bedrooms. Each bedroom is generously sized to provide the space needed to relax comfortably when in private. Each room is equipped with an en-suite bathroom that is adapted to meet the needs of the resident, but also includes home comforts such as personal towels. Along with a good sized bed, rooms have a comfortable armchair, a dressing table and a television. All ground floor rooms have patio doors giving access to the beautifully landscaped gardens. |
