St. James’ Park Care Home is a welcoming home located in the peaceful village of Bradpole, just outside Bridport on Dorset’s beautiful Jurassic Coast. We provide high-quality Residential and Nursing Care within a comfortable and supportive environment where residents can enjoy the reassurance of professional care alongside the warmth and familiarity of home.
At St. James’ Park, we believe the best care starts with getting to know the individual. Our experienced team takes the time to understand every resident’s life story, routines and personal preferences, creating tailored care plans that evolve alongside their changing needs. Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, we create a close-knit community where everyone feels respected, supported and encouraged to continue living life to the fullest.
