Karen Taylor-Williams is Manager at Royal Hampton Care Home.
I studied at St George's Hospital in Morpeth, completing my Registered Mental Nurse training in 1990.
I have worked in the private sector since 1991 and have managed care homes since 1994, specialising predominantly in Dementia Care. In 2010, the Dementia Times awarded me the 'Best Dementia Care Manager' Award. I have worked at Royal Hampton since 2018. It is an amazing place to work with lovely people, and I see myself here until I retire.
