Alin Marcu is Home Manager at Riverside Place.
The staff here are passionate and dedicated, and there is a strong sense of community within the home. My focus so far has been on listening, understanding how the home operates, and working closely with the team to continue building a positive and supportive environment for both residents and colleagues.
Located in Ware with river frontage onto the banks of the River Lea, Riverside Place provides round the clock residential, dementia and nursing care on a permanent and respite basis, as well as compassionate end of life care.
Residents at the Hertfordshire care home can enjoy quality facilities including a café, cinema room and hair salon. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with an en-suite bathroom, some first-floor bedrooms have their own balconies. Outside the landscaped gardens offers stunning views, perfect relaxing with loved ones.
With a schedule of regular activities, events and outings in the home’s own minibus, there is always something to look forward to. At Riverside Place the well-trained team aim to create a caring and supportive community for residents and their loved ones.
