Meet The Manager
Danielle Sterne is Branch Manager at Manorcourt Homecare Thetford.
I’m passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care. I’m committed to supporting both clients and staff, and to making sure everyone feels valued, respected and well cared for. For me, it’s about creating a service people can trust and a team that truly makes a difference every day.
The Thetford branch has been providing care in peoples’ homes for many years and as such is well established and highly regarded within the local community.
The staff team of 85 provide care and support services to private customers, customers funded by the Local Authority and NHS and customers receiving a direct payment. Services are provided to customers with a wide range of social needs and health conditions throughout Thetford, Attleborough and surrounding villages; Stanton, Diss, Bury St Edmunds, Mildenhall, Brandon and Lakenheath.
Central to our continued success as a high quality care provider is the provision of a service that is tailored to meet each of our customers’ individual needs and that fits around their lives. This is achieved by ensuring that all staff including those based in the office have a solid background in care, undertake regular training and qualifications and communicate regularly with our customers. Staff have the skills to meet both the practical and often emotional needs of each customer and their carer with dignity, respect and kindness.
Care and support is provided for older people, people with physical disabilities, people with mental health issues, those with head injury, disabled parents with young families, a sitting service and social and recreational activities.
The office is open from 0900 to 1700 Monday to Friday, with a dedicated out of hours service at all other times.
Whether you require assistance on a regular or temporary basis, our flexible range of services means that we can provide as little or as much support as is needed, for as long as required.
