Hello, I'm Angela and I have worked in social care since 2000 and have held senior management roles since 2006. My experiences have been diverse having worked in adult care in the community and residential with dementia, mental health, all disabilities, and complex needs.

My work is my vocation. I believe that everyone is equal and entitled to the best care possible. I am committed and passionate to this ethos and recognise that in my role I can drive change and best practice enabling best person-centred, high-quality care we all aim for.

My interests include walking my show dogs (Crufts) who have been on Coronation Street. Time for them to integrate with our family dynamic which is truly amazing.

Angela Hawes

Welcome to Peel Moat Care Home, the home which is ideally placed to keep in contact with the local community in Heaton Moor. Set in a really desirable residential road, Peel Moat is very much a residential home with local popular appeal. Residents have often lived locally and know that they are only just a stone’s throw from the local shops and churches.

Residential care supports and encourages residents to carry on being involved with friends, families, churches and clubs while having all of the struggles of running a home taken care of. Opportunities to make friends, join in organised activities and dine to an excellent standard are on offer daily. Of course, every resident has an individually tailored care plan to ensure that all care and support issues are met by the dedicated care team, but the care delivered does much to support independence, individual choice and dignity.

OUR MISSION

Together we are dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of all, through quality, excellence and fun.

OUR VALUES

Humility Accountability Achievement Passion Integrity

OUR VISION

To be the home of choice in our local communities
