As restrictions come to an end, we want our staff and clients to know that their health and safety is still our number one priority. We will continue to follow all current infection & prevention control measures.

Our dedicated team of Care Workers are continuing to provide all scheduled visits. Our staff have access to all necessary stocks of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and all staff will be following relevant and prevailing guidance from the Government and Public Health to ensure appropriate infection control methods are in place.

Our team of Care Management, Coordinators and Supervisors are working around the clock to support you. To ensure the safety of our staff, the team have been set up to work securely from home. 

We are proud to say that we have a high staff retention rate, with most members of staff being apart of our company for many years. They are all trained by qualified & experienced managers. Carers are also have the opportunity of career progression, as they are able to develop and learn skills with encouragement to complete further qualifications such as NVQ'S. All staff are recruited via extensive background checks with supervision and training available.

Karla is our Area Supervisor for Slough. Karla’s responsibilities include regular supervisions with Carers and making sure they have the support & training needed to undertake their roles. Karla also oversees all new client packages and carries out reviews with service users & their relatives.

Sarah is the Area Supervisor for Langley & Wexham. Her daily duties involve supporting carers, dealing with any service user related issues, and carrying out care plan reviews.

The Importance Of Meal Times

Maintaining good nutrition and hydration is extremely important, we cater the meals based around the specific dietary requirements of the individual . Carers can prepare all types of meals for our clients. This may be simply heating a ready meal and cooking some vegetables to accompany it or cooking a full meal depending on the visit time available and the client's wishes. We also offer assistance in helping clients to eat their meals, with our qualified carers all trained to offer PEG feeding.
