Meet The Manager

Kirsty Prendiville is Operations Manager at Noble Live-in Care.

Hi, I’m Kirsty, Operations Manager. I’ve worked in the care industry since 2012. The outcomes achieved through the unbeatable relationships between clients and live-in carers are astonishing. I’ve seen clients fulfil dreams as ambitious as world trips! I’m a great believer in asking ‘why not?’ and innovating to overcome obstacles. I’ve supported younger adults through university, work and transitioning into independent adult life; older adults; and people of all ages with life-limiting illnesses. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than helping people achieve their goals.  I’m determined to ensure everyone knows live-in care is a realistic option. We have the great privilege of a partnership with MiHomecare and Complete Care Amegreen, enabling us to offer everything from visiting hourly care to nurse-led clinically complex homecare. We’re all values driven and strive to provide an outstanding service for our clients and care worker heroes.

Autumna has invited care providers to evidence the infection control measures they are carrying out, above and beyond those laid out by the government, in order to keep residents, staff and visitors safe.

What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe

Live-in care is one of the safest options when it comes to infection control.

Noble Live-in Care has thorough infection control policies in place.

Our Live-in Care Workers complete comprehensive infection control training and are equipped with the correct protective equipment (PPE) for the care they are providing, compliant with UK Government instruction.

Your Live-in Care Worker will be solely dedicated to your care and will live with you as a member of your household. This significantly reduces their interaction with other people and therefore the risk of infecting you.

We provide all Live-in Care workers with Covid-19 tests which they complete routinely each week to ensure that they are free from infection. Live-in Care Workers can be tested and declared virus free prior to beginning their placement with you.

The Covid-19 vaccination programme is now underway in the UK. Our staff have all be invited for their vaccination to further protect you from the virus.

Infection Control Initiatives in place
safe-tick Infection Control Training Our staff are trained to use measures which prevent and control infections.
safe-tick Infection Screening We are using technology to screen for infections & monitor symptoms.
safe-tick Virus Testing We are testing for viral infection when symptoms present within our care setting.
