With 24 fully furnished bedrooms – some featuring beautiful sea views – our home combines comfort with exceptional care.
Maitland House features spacious ensuite bedrooms, adapted bathrooms, and inviting communal areas including large lounges, a dedicated dining room, a hair salon, and a seaside-themed courtyard garden with beach huts. Residents can enjoy the outdoors in our charming garden, perfect for sunny days by the coast.

We provide personalised, person-centred care, tailored to each resident’s needs, preferences, and interests. Our dedicated Activity Co-Ordinators deliver a vibrant daily schedule of group and individual activities designed to promote wellbeing, connection, and fun.

Residents enjoy nutritious, home-cooked meals daily, with the option to dine together in our communal dining room or in the comfort of their own room. We cater to a range of dietary needs and cultural preferences to ensure every resident feels at home.

Rooms at Maitland House are cosy and comfortable. The majority have ensuite faciliites and there is access to an adapted bathroom as well. Some of the rooms at the front of the home have sea views towards Clacton sea front. The rooms are spread over 2 floors and there is a lift to the first floor of the home. |
