Meet The Manager
Nicola Hall is Home Manager at Lynwood Care Centre.
Nicola has been the home manager here at Lynwood Care Centre for a number of years, and has, along with her exceptional team, taken the home through several regulatory inspections, achieving the rating of Good.
Nicola is passionate about ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support, and that they live a life of their choosing supported by compassionate, skilled and caring staff.
Lynwood Care Home, based in Sunninghill, near Ascot is a purpose-built centre offering residential, nursing, dementia, respite and palliative care. Built on a reputation of providing high quality, person-centred care we are proud to have achieved a score of 9.5 out of 10 on carehome.co.uk and have consistently been rated as ‘Good’ by CQC.
Our success stems from our team of kind and dedicated carers. The teams have a passion for helping people. Whether it’s supporting with the everyday basics like getting up and dressed, or helping our dementia residents find ways to connect and feel understood, their only goal is to make sure our residents are safe and living as well as possible.
