Meet The Manager

Jenny Martindale is Interim Home Manager at Lake View.

With over thirty years’ experience in both residential and nursing care settings, I am passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As Care Home Manager at Lake View, I believe every resident deserves a positive and meaningful day, every day. I take pride in building strong relationships with residents, their loved ones, and our dedicated team, maintaining an open-door approach where everyone feels listened to and valued.

Outside of work, I enjoy knitting, gardening, spending time by the sea, and caring for our Labrador, Bob, and African Grey parrot, Coco.
