Nicky Maguire is Registered General Manager at Kitnocks House.
Nicky is supported by a Clinical Manager and a clinical nursing team.
Nicky brings decades of compassionate practice and operational expertise. Nicky is a kind, strategic leader with a deep commitment to exceptional resident and colleague experiences. Known for creating a calm, supportive environment where people feel valued and cared for, Nicky's methodical approach always ensures resident wellbeing sits at the heart of every decision.

Situated in the quiet village of Curdridge near Botley in Hampshire, Kitnocks House is home to 63 residents across 4 specialised units; each designed to support varying complex care and neurological needs as well as provide a comfortable, safe home. Each of our units have a dedicated Clinical Manager who are supported by a team of nurses and carers.

Kitnocks House is divided into six separate units, each of which is managed by a Senior Nurse who leads a team of nurses and care workers. As well as mixed wings, Kitnocks House has both male-only and female-only wings. Our high staff to resident ratio ensures that the most complex of needs are readily met. |
