Meet The Manager

Carole Fellows is Care Home Manager at Kenwyn.

I have been supporting people for over 25 years. Over these years, I have held roles in residential and nursing homes as well as working in the community.

The role of a care home manager is unique in its ever-changing demands, joys and sense of doing something meaningful. I have an open door to everyone and welcome discussion from residents, loved ones and teams.

All residents of Kenwyn deserve a good day every day, and this is what we strive for. I make a point of getting to know individuals who use our service and always have time for them and anyone important to them.

We pride ourselves as an organisation that is committed to the future of care. Our core purpose is care, and in our homes, this includes caring for our environment and out planet. I am the lead on our company wide Green Agenda Project. I am so proud to be part of an organisation that takes this commitment so seriously.
