Cristina Sequeira is Registered Manager at Infinity Care Limited.
We are a small business, but we have a big heart.
We feel the elderly today have a raw deal, so if we can, we like to help. That includes clients’ pets too!
Having worked in Nursing Homes and with other agencies, I was determined that calls would not be cut to get to the next client, so we have a policy of advising all new clients we have a 30 minute lee-way to allow for incidents, traffic, previous client being unwell, etc.
All staff go the extra mile and if there is anything we can do, however small, we will. We have a great team and are proud of our achievements.
We cover all aspects of Personal Care in the home, including medication, appointments, shopping and sitting service. We also provide full time Live-In care, and our Live-In carers work very hard and maintain our high standards.
