After working in a corporate environment all my working life I joined the home as Activities Coordinator and never been so happy. I am passionate about the role and ensuring that the residents are stimulated, happy and entertained. I do not feel like I am coming to work each day, I feel like I am spending time with my family.

Resident Ambassador

I have been the Resident Ambassador here since 2019 and it has given me a real purpose. It's lovely to be involved with the recruitment and have a say in who will be joining us. Most importantly, I am the person that my friends come to in the home if they have any worries or questions. I always try my best to answer them but if I cannot I will find the member of the team that they need. I really love having the responsibility and am really enjoying my role.
