Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant. There’s no typical day at Fountains Lodge, but we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about. The regular yoga helps provide an easy and simple form of exercise for residents and helps to relax them. We often help residents make trips into town to spend time in the local pub and garden centre. We have a dedicated cinema room that residents can use to watch whatever movies they wish. |
