Meet The Manager
Peter Smith is Acting Registered Manager at ENA Care Group Ltd.
Pete came to ENA Care Group in 2022 and is a dedicated and compassionate care professional who leads his team in delivering high-quality, person-centred support. He ensures that every client is treated with dignity, respect, and kindness, while promoting independence and well-being.
With experience in both day-to-day personal care and complex support needs, Pete guides his team to adapt their approach to meet each individual’s preferences and requirements. His goal is to make a positive difference in people’s lives, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and cared for at all times
We have been a family-owned and managed home care provider for over 30 years. ENA offers a wide range of care provisions, including Hourly, Live-in and shift/Live-out options for people throughout England and Wales who need support and would prefer to stay at home.
ENA's service is fully managed, with all Carers completing thorough screenings and clearances before attending our in-house induction training. ENA Carers also receive bespoke theory and practical training courses based on their Client. ENA listens to its Clients, promising a person-centred focus and tailored care plans. Specialising in many conditions such as Spinal Injuries, Cerebral Palsy, Dementia, Brain Injuries, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, End of Life and much more. Our Spinal Cord and Bowel Management training is CPD-accredited, and we are proud partners of the Spinal Injury Association (SIA).
