Meet The Manager
Julie Reeve is Manager at Wing View Care Centre.
Julie has worked in the care sector for nearly 40 years and can’t imagine doing anything else.
Julie says that one of the best things about her job is knowing that residents are living their best life, seeing their smiles, and knowing they are receiving exceptional care.
She strives for continuous improvement and like to be hands-on and involved in the day-to-day care of her residents. She has always maintained effective communication with her team, residents, and their families and feels that it is important to get to know everyone.
Her commitment to professional development has equipped her well for her role at Wing View Care Centre, where she works hard to ensure that those in her care lead happy and fulfilling lives, whilst maintaining choice over the care and support they receive.
