Willowmere Care Centre is a specialist care home in Barnet, North London providing expert support for adults living with complex neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries and dementia, including adults with early-onset conditions. Our purpose-designed home combines a calm environment with specialist clinical expertise, creating a setting where residents can feel safe, supported and able to focus on recovery, stability and wellbeing.
Our multidisciplinary team works closely with residents, families and healthcare partners to deliver structured, outcome-focused care that supports independence wherever possible while providing reassurance and continuity when longer-term support is required.
