Abdul Rifai is General Manager at Weystone Manor.
I have over 35 years of experience in the care sector. I have been privileged to grow in my career to become a Registered Manager, a position I have held for the past eight years. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to professional development and high-quality care.
I am passionate about building strong, supportive teams and believe that outstanding care is achieved through collaboration, clear communication, and a shared commitment to excellence. My goal is to create a positive, thriving environment where both residents and staff feel valued and supported. I look forward to working closely with my Deputy Manager Mario and the rest of our team to deliver person-centred, high-quality care each day.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, gardening, and cooking—all of which help me maintain balance and well-being.
