Isaac is a highly experienced Health and Social Care professional with over 20 years’ experience across the NHS, domiciliary care, and elderly nursing homes.
He has over seven years of experience as a Social Worker, where he has led teams, managed complex care packages, and worked closely with multidisciplinary professionals to support safe and effective outcomes. Earlier in his career, Isaac held senior frontline roles, including Senior Carer and Team Lead in supported living for adults with Learning disabilities, giving him a deep understanding of both client and staff needs.
With a strong background in both leadership and hands-on care, Isaac is committed to high standards, person-centred approaches, and continuous improvement. He is passionate about fostering supportive team environments and ensuring individuals receive compassionate, personalised care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
