With a strong background in leadership and operations, she’s passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where residents receive the very best care—and where staff feel respected, empowered, and part of a truly positive team culture.
Originally from the North, Lynne moved to the South two years ago to be closer to her two sons and four beloved grandsons. Family means everything to her, and that sense of connection is reflected in the way she leads—with warmth, integrity, and a deep commitment to making Waterhaven Place feel like home.Whether it's supporting staff development, ensuring compliance, or enhancing daily life for those in her care, Lynn approaches every challenge with compassion, integrity, and a strong commitment to excellence.
