I started working in the care sector during the Covid 19 pandemic and I am very passionate about the delivery of personalised quality care and ensuring all clients have the opportunity to achieve the best possible outcomes and remain independent for as long as their capabilities allow.
The choices and wishes of our clients are always at the heart of what we do. Tailoring their care plan to their individual needs, choices and preferences and the delivery of quality care is paramount.
I am so excited to be a part of the Walfinch family, an organisation that puts its staff at the core of its service delivery. I look forward to helping build its success and bring wellbeing to the staff and clients.
